Luckily, it was still under warranty, and their customer service was excellent — they repaired it quickly and got it back to me without any hassle. Really appreciate the reliable support!
The temperature control is just right, and I love the combination of heat and airbag massage — it really works together to relax my feet. A bit on the pricey side, but honestly, it's well worth it.
